Weaving together her background in school psychology, curriculum and instruction, yoga, coaching, and choreography, Sarah brings warmth, creativity, and over eight years of experience supporting youth, families, and educators across southern Wisconsin. Grounded in educational psychology and systems thinking, she offers an integrated, whole-person perspective that celebrates individuality and the power of connection. Sarah specializes in working with youth and young adults navigating identity, belonging, asynchronous development, and change, and has experience supporting individuals from diverse and intersecting backgrounds.
Her practice combines psychoeducation, activity-based cognitive-behavioral strategies, and mindful, somatic approaches to promote self-awareness, identity development, and emotional and behavioral regulation. Sarah views growth as a collaborative process that unfolds across relationships and settings and is passionate about helping others cultivate internal resilience and supportive environments that empower individuals, families, and communities to thrive.
