Due to the high volume of inquiries we’ve received regarding estimated wait times, we’ve found that providing an accurate timeframe for when a client can be seen has become increasingly difficult. This is because each referral is carefully matched to a provider based on client need, client availability, and provider areas of specialty, rather than a simple first-come, first-served basis.

 

As a result, we will no longer be using the term “waitlist.” Instead, we are transitioning to an “interest list.” This means that by expressing interest in services at ICC, your referral will be placed in our system and matched with the first available provider whose experience best aligns with your needs.
