Lisa Hoeme, MS, CRC, LPC, CYKF
Lisa has master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. She has worked as an educational and behavioral consultant for schools, community agencies and parents for the past twelve years through Imagine a Child’s Capacity.
Lisa also provides psychotherapy, treating clients within the home, clinic and group settings and serves as a mental health consultant for the Dane County Head Start program. Lisa has an expansive range of clinical experience serving individuals and families, specifically those who have autism, Down syndrome, traumatic brain injury, attention difficulties, anxiety and depression.
Lisa also teaches individual and group Yoga sessions and uses her training in this area, along with mindfulness practices to the development of effective coping and relaxation strategies. Lisa is committed to helping those she supports to achieve their personal goals using an individualized, person-centered approach.
